Lioness Shows Amazing Trust in Man with her cubs

Kevin Richardson has worked very hard to gain trust from the Pride.


The trust that this lioness shows in this man is absolutely astonishing. She knows she can trust him around her and her cubs. You haven’t seen anything like this!

Two easy ways to cut costs and your weight at the same time!

I want to share two SIMPLE ways to save MONEY and shed pounds... ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!!

First is something that has been a GAME CHANGER in my own life and I know it can be the same in some of yours! 

SIMPLY PUT, cut out all the beverage costs! Gourmet coffees, sodas, teas, etc... and stick to good ole fashioned H20! Not only are most of those beverages PACKED with sugar, artificial flavors, aspartame, and/or calories... but they take a toll on your wallet overtime!

IN FACT, if you were to ONLY have 1 soda a day (while out to eat) your cost over a years time is nearly $1,000! <--- Think about how much DEBT you could pay off or the piece of mind you would have with an extra grand in your emergency fund! --- Not to mention, one regular 24oz coke a day = 102,200 extra calories in a year!!!

NEXT UP: I know those of you who work in an office setting are subject to all kinds of temptation to eat out at places like Panera Bread, Chipotle, etc... where an average salad or sandwich costs $8... but that convenience comes at a PRICE, both to your bank account and often times your waistline! (Shoot, just take a look at the calories on the menu board the next time you stand in line at Panera! Brace yourself because its shocking! 


INSTEAD, prepare your lunch at home (and buy in bulk for even more savings) or cut down even more TIME and replace your lunch with Shakeology and bring along some other simple healthy snacks for in between! Clean Eating Egg Muffins with Veggies

Rushing off for work in the morning with no time for breakfast?  You can make a batch of these tasty & clean Egg Muffins over the weekend to grab and go during the workweek!
Ingredients:

  • 4 Organic egg whites
  • 2 Organic whole eggs
  • 1 cup mushrooms (cut, cooked)
  • 1/2 cup Green peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 cup zucchini
  • A handful of onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Dash of sea salt

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray muffin tins with EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
  3. Chop all veggies and set aside
  4. In a bowl combine eggs, garlic powder,salt, and whisk together well
  5. Fill muffin tins about half way with veggies 
  6. Pour egg mixture over veggies 
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully firm

This is a great portion size meal if you are following the 21 Day Fix. 
Bring a couple in a Tupperware container to work, nuke them for 30 seconds and have them with your morning coffee or water!

Goal Setting into the New Year

We're a week into the New Year and I hope you've made some time to write out your goals for 2015! Unfortunately most who goal set are lucky to achieve just one of the goals on their list. 

Why? 

Because most people don't goal set properly. It's not your fault… most of us are never taught the right way to do it. Learn the way I've learned to goal set so that you too can execute those goals and live the life you've dreamed about. You really need to read Chalene Johnson’s PUSH Book.

I think a lot of people know they’re capable of great things, but they just can’t seem to figure out why they’re not moving forward, so they end up sabotaging themselves and letting fear become an obstacle.

Confidence is the one thing that’s missing.

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with.

You can’t buy it at a store.

It doesn’t come from losing weight, and it’s not even something that comes with being good looking.

But it IS something that can be learned.

It’s like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets.

MARKETING COMPANIES are ON TO YOU!!! Shakeology dare to compare

I am making some changes in my life that will help me to lead a healthy LIFESTYLE... and I make it a point to SHARE those things with others!

ONE thing that I have learned is that MARKETING COMPANIES are ON TO YOU!!! They know that most of us (who are trying to be health conscious) flip over the product and take a quick glance at 3-4 things (Calories, Carbs, Protein... and of course, COST) so they do whatever it takes to make their product LOW CAL, LOW-CARB, RICH in PROTEIN and try to do so at a LOW COST, so that YOU will buy it.

But what that USUALLY means is that they have to ADD artificial sweeteners like SUCRALOSE for taste and that "SUGAR-FREE" label (which by the way are PROVEN to make you gain weight by stimulating your appetite, increasing cravings and stimulating FAT storage) and/or SUBTRACT the actual NUTRITIONAL VALUE (so that they can keep COSTS down and make a profit!)

But here is the thing: Your body NEEDS NUTRIENTS (Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, phytonutrients, etc) in order to function as the well oiled machine it was designed to be. While LOW-CAL may keep you SKINNY, it most definitely alone is not going to be what keeps you HEALTHY.

I am not just talking healthy like you won't get type-two diabetes or cancer, or high Blood Pressure. I KNOW girls in my demographic are worried about that right now, let me ask you this:

➢Do you wake up feeling RESTED?
➢Do you have SUSTAINED ENERGY throughout the day WITHOUT coffee or Red Bull?
➢Do you have CLEAR FOCUS while at work?
➢Are you constantly battling CRAVINGS?
➢Do you tend to get sick often?
➢Oh, and are you "REGULAR?" (you know what I mean)

ALL of these things are linked to your HEALTH and the kind of nutritional choices you are making. So, yea... I believe in SHAKEOLOGY and I'm drinking it nearly EVERY day!

Start off the year in a powerful way

I'm setting out a massive goal to start off the year in a powerful way!

In the past when I set audacious goals there would be MANY times that I thought that the goal was completely unobtainable & near impossible.

BUT...this girl likes to dream BIG...like REALLY BIG. So I set my goals high, put them on a vision board & each day I told myself... "You can do this."

Every single year that I have set "Written" goals. I have always obtained them and usually within 6 months of keeping focused. On years in my life when I didn't set written goals I was like a ship without a rudder. The difference looking back is staggering.

I set them in FIVE areas: Personal, Physical, Financial, Spiritual and Career

I will work my TAIL off
I have changed my priorities
I will sacrificed time away from other things I want to do
I will stayed up later
I will read more
I will workout harder
I will put in 100% effort every single day.

It won't always be easy,
I will show up every single day,
And I will never give up.

Because I know...

When you put [ F A I T H ] behind your DREAMS,
ANYTHING is possible.

If you have BIG goals or dreams (whatever they are),
with FAITH + BELIEF + ACTION....you CAN achieve them.
