Top Five Million Dollar Mantras

1.      Spend less time with negative Nelly’s who are stuck
2.      No one is responsible for your progress..Take care of yourself
3.      You have to feel abundant and grateful already
4.      Expect that 80% of the time I will hit my mark
5.      The joy is in the journey

Other people’s opinions are, 90% of the time, based on their own self-reflection. So rather than worrying about pleasing people who quite frankly will never be happy or be happy with themselves, just be you and live according to you! Stop working so hard to please these people… make me a promise, make yourself a promise to just do what’s right.

This can be a hard mantra to live by… words are incredibly powerful and we let what other people think effect us on so many levels.

For the motivation to leave others opinions behind you, head to my blog for my post on this mantra.

No one’s going to ride in on a white horse with a shield to save the day. It’s up to you. You are in charge of your destiny, you are in charge of your education, you’re knowledge, you’re in charge of where you spend your energy, you’re in charge of your mood, your happiness, your beliefs, everything is up to you. Nobody else has been commissioned with the job of changing your life.

It's up to you to change your life…

I think we get caught up in comparing our lives, our bank account, our house, our bodies and everything else to the people around us and the things that we see on TV and that makes us feel like maybe we’re not blessed, it makes us forget that there are so many amazing things happening in our lives.

It sounds simple… but it's so impactful. Take a moment to sit down with a pen and piece of paper and write out everything your grateful for. Everything that if it were taken from you tomorrow, would impact your life.

I wanted to wake you up with my number four mantra!! Which is to expect that 80% of the time you are going to hit your mark. To expect a hundred percent is to set yourself up for failure. It’s just unrealistic, if you make your goal to hit your mark 80% of the time, you will be successful; you just can’t expect that things are always going to go right. You also have to adopt the mindset that those missteps, those miscalculations, those errors, the things that other people call failures, those are going to happen. They are supposed to happen; they actually…

Don't get caught up in the actual goal, what I want you to be excited about, are the difficulties you get through.

Someone once said, “success is sweet; and sweeter, if long delayed, and gotten through many struggles and defeats.”

If you get all caught up in hitting the mark, just checking that thing off your list, and accomplishing the goal, you’ve missed the point. The point is the progress.

If you know someone going through something, tag them below and remind them that it's getting through the difficulties that makes us stronger!
